Forgive yourself of your past, present, and your future. Live from a place of compassion for yourself. We are sometimes willing to give to others, what we aren’t willing to give to ourselves. We give mercy to others, yet don’t have mercy for ourselves. Often, we look the other way when others hurt us, yet we choose to meditate on our mistakes. Look in the mirror today, and say to yourself, “I forgive you” today, yesterday, and tomorrow.
